Uniforms make kids feel like they are part of a group, gets them in the right mindset for class and it ensures they are in suitable attire for their exercises.

Beginner Level: If your child has not yet received level 1 certificate (not yet performing cartwheel & handstand).

Advanced Level: If you child has received level 1 certificate or above (working at level 2/3/4).

We can now provide an extensive variety of equipment in a controlled temperature and focused environment. This will allow for more fun and enable greater growth. We are also expanding, bringing on some amazing new coaches. For this reason our class prices have increased slightly, however we are giving all our founding members the opportunity to pre-purchase unlimited packages for 2 weeks only at a 20% discount.

Just make sure you cancel your booking more than 3 hours before class and you won’t lose your class.

No you don’t have to book but class numbers are limited so we strongly recommend you do.

Packages are not refundable so we suggest you start with a 10 class package. In saying that if you can share your package with the family and you can put it on hold if you are injured and have a doctor’s certificate.

We are happy to announce that we are running themed B’day parties from April, on Sundays.

You can choose the theme ie gymnastics or dance etc and we will run the games and exercises based on the theme.

Please let us know the date and times you would like to book as well as the  number of kids and your preferred theme and I will give you a quote and confirm availability.

Note that we do not provide food or drinks but can allow for you to arrange this on the ground level studio 30 minutes before the event.
